Datema possesses substantial experience of system development. Our products and applications exist in couple of thousand installations over 70 countries.

The first mobile application was developed by Datema over 20 years ago and was among the very first inventory solutions at Åhléns. Over the years the systems have become all larger and both software and hardware have become more complex and more powerful.

Our applications are mostly customized solutions but we do also have a number of products and a platform with several standard components that we build many of our solutions with.

general information about the easy family - our mobile platform
Easy is the umbrella term of Datemas’ mobile applications. Easy is a platform where the majority of the components are standardized and recycled in the different systems that are built. A great advantage with Easy is the shorter engineering hours and fewer errors that also decreases the complexity in the systems and increases the operation security.

easy connector
The integration between different systems occurs more often than not through API-calls, files or database calls. The Easy server holds majority of the link's and integration possibilities and can be integrated with most of the existing business systems such as iScala, Movex, SAP R/3, Visma, Jeeves and IBS but has also been integrated with several business systems developed by other companies.

easy admin
The administration interface to the Easy platform is web based. This is where the system's different parts can be configured.

easy update service
Easy Update Service handles the updates of the client software. When a new version of the client software needs to be distributed to clients the new version is placed at the server and clients are automatically updated to the latest version at the next login. 

easy diagnostics
deals with the system's log management. The system's log level can be set from standard operation logging where only errors are logged to maximize the increased logging where each button print that is carried out will be logged. The result will be that it will always available to see who has done what in the system and if something goes wrong troubleshooting will facilitates the work.

easy security
handles the members in the system. Both the arrangement of new members and the authorization but also that i.e., one member cannot be logged/online on two hand held devices at the same time.

easy goods in
makes it possible to manage the goods at a flexible and rationalized manner. The work can be done mobile directly at the unloading place with the mobile client. Easy Goods In makes the goods office safer and the goods will be visible in business system earlier. Possible errors are detected earlier in the chain which means that brings the correct stock-value all the way.

easy goods out
handles picking of customer and production orders on the display in the truck or in the hand held device. The need of a list on a paper sheet will be eliminated and the reporting will be done in real-time towards the business system directly after each performed feature. The simplicity in the system makes the inexperienced picker to work faster, which is especially necessary if one needs to take employ temporary labor during high season. By using Easy Goods Out the capacity of the picker will be increased and the costs for error will be decreased.


easy stock-take
handles both direct inventory and inventory upon request. The inventory is done in a mobile manner with hand held devices or truck PC with scanners directly at the stock shelf. The direct inventory will report the transactions with current stock balance to the business system. An electronic inventory basis from the business system that is compared with the current inventory will be retrieved upon request. Easy Stock-take makes the inventory safer at the same time as the time-consuming manual report will be eliminated


easy move
The scope of use of Easy Move makes it very easy to report goods movements with the assistance of barcodes. It can i.e., be stock place ingestion or a goods in delivery to the stocks. By reporting all the balance businesses in your stock you will get a higher balance security.
