Integration is about managing the exchange of digital information between systems, applications and companies with the goal of improving processes and routines and enabling the sharing of information. This means that two or more stakeholders can submit and retrieve information that allows each other to get better and faster at what they do.

We have the knowledge and tools needed for integration work, combined with the understanding of the companies' internal systems and business processes. All of this forms the basis of our integration services. Our offer is broad and can, for example, help integrate new systems with old, coordinated logistics flows between different companies for automation, establish EDI solutions for managing electronic invoices or integrate mobile service solutions with a CRM. This is how it works

Integrations are about two things: Firstly, to convert all different file formats between the internal systems, regardless of the type of business system, so that the files are readable. Partly about creating an opportunity for the files to move between the different systems, placing them in a logic and cataloging them in a new environment in order to be read in a new interface. In order to cope with this complex traffic, software is required that solves the management of data formats between the different operating environments of the system. Information and files should be sent between different departments of the company, to suppliers, customers and stakeholders – regardless of the operating environment and operating system.

In IT mobility, users are demanding that all internal information be available wherever they are. In addition, it should be possible to work, change and add files in exactly the same way as if the user was within the company’s four walls. This places demands on how to implement an integration environment.

In addition to Datema enabling all the requirements for full access, readability, possibility of changes and additions, we can also meet the requirements that exist in security and control management. We possess a high level of expertise in this area. At Datema we work with most variants of integrations. A common occurrence is that we link companies’ internal systems or ERP systems with different mobile solutions or new applications. We often use different integration platforms, such as Inobiz, but direct integration with an API or web services is also common.
