This is how we deliver safe operation

At Datema we only work with professional networks. We work with positioning technology for safe operation and best coverage. In a professional network, the access points talk to each other so that you as a user get the best coverage wherever you are in the network. It requires robust equipment from established manufacturers.

A working environment can constantly change

However, a professional network does not live its own life. For optimal function, we measure the area in which a network should function. A working environment can be constantly changed, as in a larger workshop where larger vehicles and machines change the landscape of the radio waves that handle the wireless communication. The same applies to changing storage places where storage shelves and pallet systems change from one day to another. We also need to take into account the distances between the access points and the device they will be communicating with.

The size of the area, that is, the volume, distance to the devices, obstacles and speed are crucial to how well a wireless network should work. Another parameter is safety, which is always a priority for a business. There, Datema offers full control and monitoring through virtual control. This means that our experts service and update the internal and any external networks, as well as alert and address problems that arise immediately.

This is how we work

Different environments require different efforts for a functioning network. We have therefore divided our offering into three levels to make the work process easy for our customers. Level 1 represents a more comprehensive offer down to level 3 which is less extensive.

Level 1
• Analysis and measurement of current area for WLAN
• Measurement of spaces (volume), quality assurance, coverage – provides a matrix to work on
• Installation and operation
• Purchase of hardware
• Full monitoring (automated alarms) of all networks via virtual control
• Service and support

Level 2
• Analysis and measurement of current area for WLAN
• Measurement of spaces (volume), quality assurance, coverage – provides a matrix to work on
• Installation and operation
• Purchase of hardware
• Monitoring via the access points that manage the monitoring automatically
• Service and support

Level 3
• Analysis and measurement of current area for WLAN
• Measurement of spaces (volume), quality assurance, coverage – provides a matrix to work on
• Installation
• Purchase of hardware
• Service and support at customer’s request
